乡村地域多功能演化与土地利用转型耦合研究进展与展望

Progress and prospects in the study of coupling rural multifunctional evolution and land use transitions

在快速城镇化和工业化进程中,乡村地区出现了一系列土地利用和地域功能失调现象,两者动态关系成为乡村地理学的研究焦点。本文系统回顾了乡村地域功能与土地利用转型的研究进展,尝试厘清两者耦合关联研究思路、内容与趋势,并在此基础上提出了未来乡村地域多功能演化与土地利用转型耦合研究展望。研究结论表明,乡村地理学在乡村多功能与土地利用转型领域已取得显著的进展,两者交互作用关系也得到了学界的关注。但目前,两者的耦合过程、机理、模式等研究仍处于探索阶段,存在耦合互馈关系未能整体刻画、耦合机理解析视角有待拓展、针对不同乡村地域主体功能导向下的土地资源优化配置的案例研究还尚不多见等问题。未来乡村地域多功能演化与土地利用转型耦合研究应以“耦合框架构建-耦合过程刻画-耦合机理解析-耦合状态调控”为研究主线,加强乡村地理学与土地系统科学两个领域的交叉融通,为乡村地区可持续发展提供科学支撑。

In the context of rapid urbanization and industrialization,rural areas have experienced a series of imbalances in land use and territorial functions in land use and territorial functions,with their dynamic relationship becoming a focal point in rural geography research.This paper systematically reviews the progress in the study of rural territories function and land use transitions,attempting to clarify the research concepts,contents,and trends in their coupling relationship.Building on this,the paper identifies key aspects of coupling between rural multifunctional evolution and land use transitions.Research conclusions indicate that rural geography has made significant progress in the field of rural multifunctionality and land use transitions,and the interaction between the two has gained scholarly attention.However,current research on their coupling processes,mechanisms,and models remains exploratory.Issues include an incomplete portrayal of the coupling and feedback relationships,the need for expanded perspectives in analyzing coupling mechanisms,and a scarcity of case studies on land-use optimization in different rural areas under specific functional orientations.Future research should follow a path that includes constructing a coupling framework,depicting coupling processes,analyzing coupling mechanisms,and regulating coupling states.This approach will strengthen the integration of rural geography and land system science,which provides vital scientific support for the sustainable development of rural areas.
