摘要
随着生活方式的改变,孕产妇肥胖率持续增长,成为重要的全球公共卫生问题。肥胖可引起母体内分泌紊乱、肠道菌群失调和全身炎症反应,导致胎盘和子宫内环境发生变化进而影响胎儿发育,引起子代糖脂代谢疾病风险上升。本文从细胞因子、内分泌紊乱、表观遗传学、胎盘功能障碍和肠道菌群失调等5个方面阐述母体肥胖对子代糖脂代谢性疾病影响的作用机制研究进展,从而为代谢性疾病早期防治提供依据。
With changing lifestyles,maternal obesity continues to increase and becomes a global public health issue.Obesity can cause maternal endocrine disruption,intestinal flora dysbiosis,and systemic inflammatory response,which lead to changes in the placenta and intrauterine environment,thus affecting fetal development.Therefore,the offspring of obese mothers suffer increased risks of glycolipid metabolic disorders.To provide evidence for early prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases,we reviewed the research on the mechanism between maternal obesity and offspring's glycolipid metabolic diseases from five aspects,including cytokines,endocrine disorders,epigenetics,placental dysfunction,and intestinal flora dysbiosis.
