关于"三平面"隆乳术若干问题的讨论及意见

Expert opinions on"triple-plane technique"for breast augmentation

近期,"三平面"隆乳术引起社会的关注,但其效果和安全性尚不明确。为此,中华医学会整形外科学分会乳房整形美容学组进行了专门讨论,通过回顾已发表的相关文献对三平面、传统双平面和高位双平面技术之间的差异进行了比较,对三平面隆乳技术的优势、劣势、风险和适应证进行了分析,并广泛征集学组专家的意见,形成了一致的观点:三平面技术不宜作为隆乳手术的常规方法,应用该术式时必须注意其对组织创伤大、无法精确控制剥离层次及范围、难以容纳较大假体,以及难以处理紧缩的乳房下皱襞等问题。

Recently,"triple-plane technique"for breast augmentation has attracted social attention,but its efficacy and safety were unclear.The Committee of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery,Chinese Medical Association of Plastic Surgery conducted a special discussion,reviewed the published literature,and compared the differences between triple-plane,traditional dual-plane and high dual-plane technique,analyzed the advantages,disadvantages,risks and indications of triple-plane breast augmentation,and widely solicited the opinions of experts in the group.A consensus has been formed that the triple-plane technique should not be used as a routine method for breast augmentation.Attention must be paid to the problems such as trauma,inability to accurately control the scope of dissection,difficulty to insert large implant,and difficulty to deal with constricted inframammary folds.
