Organic semiconductor is an emerging generation semiconductor material,which has a broad application prospect in the field of flexible and large-area electronics.Until now,tens of thousands of organic semiconductor molecules with diverse functions have been developed through elaborate molecular design.These molecules are often classified into n-type and ptype,depending on whether the prevalent charge carriers are electrons or holes[1].
