阐述通过采集和存储光缆资源信息、智能化监测和预警技术、优化配置和利用,实现对光缆资源的有效管理。通过案例分析,展示数字化应用在光缆资源实时监测、故障诊断和快速恢复的应用。
This paper describes the effective management of fiber optic cable resources through the collection and storage of fiber optic cable resource information,intelligent monitoring and early warning technology,optimized configuration and utilization.It demonstrates the application of digitalization in real-time monitoring,fault diagnosis,and rapid recovery of optical cable resources through case analysis.
