摘要
阐述针对地铁车辆运行条件下IGBT器件过热问题,提出解决方案,包括温升测试的测点布置、分析温升测试的数据、热管散热器仿真计算与分析,通过改进设计和流体控制,成功提高散热效果。
This paper describes the problem of IGBT components overheating under subway vehicle operating conditions, and proposes solutions, including the layout of measurement points for temperature rise testing, analysis of temperature rise testing data, simulation calculation and analysis of heat pipe radiators. Through improved design and fluid control, it has successfully improved the heat dissipation effect.
