红透山铜锌矿浅孔爆破参数优化方案研究

摘要 红透山铜锌矿原有的爆破参数已经不再适应当前的机械化开采方案,为了实现安全、经济、高效的开采目标,通过理论分析和现场工业试验相结合,从矿石大块率、凿岩效率、炸药单耗、经济效益等方面对爆破参数进行了优化。结果表明:炮孔三角形排列方式优于矩形,炮孔网度确定为1.5 m×1.3 m,该网度下矿石大块率降低,凿岩效率提高3倍,炸药单耗降低27%,同时提高了经济效益。 The original blasting parameters of Hongtoushan Copper Zinc Mine are no longer suitable for the current mechanized min‐ing scheme.In order to achieve safe,economic,and efficient mining goals,theoretical analysis and on-site industrial experiments were combined to optimize the blasting parameters from aspects such as ore block rate,drilling efficiency,explosive unit consump‐tion,and economic benefits.The results show that the triangular arrangement of the blast holes is superior to the rectangular arrange‐ment,and the mesh size of the blast holes is determined to be 1.5 m×1.3 m,the ore block rate is reduced,the drilling efficiency is increased by three times,the explosive consumption is reduced by 27%,and the economic benefits are improved.
