基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的某铜冶炼企业职业病风险评估研究

摘要 采用调查问卷及结合某铜冶炼企业生产现状和特点,综合考虑《工业企业卫生标准》,建立了某铜冶炼企业职业病危险源安全风险评价指标体系,将职业病危害评价指标分为:总体布局和生产工艺设备、建筑卫生、职业病危害因素、职业病防护设施与应急、个人防护用品和职业健康监护以及职业卫生管理七个单元,采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,采用模糊综合评价法对某铜冶炼企业职业病风险进行了评价,较客观地反映了该企业职业病风险现状,为企业的职业病防治提供理论依据。 In the article,a survey questionnaire was used and combined with the production status and characteristics of a copper smelting enterprise.Taking into account the«Industrial Enterprise Health Standards»,a safety risk assessment index system for occupational disease hazards in a copper smelting enterprise was established.The occupational disease hazard assessment indicators were divided into:overall layout and production process equipment,building hygiene,occupational disease hazard factors,occupational disease protection facilities and emergency response The seven units of personal protective equipment,occupational health monitoring,and occupational health management were determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of each indicator.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the occupational disease risk of a copper smelting enterprise,which objectively reflects the current situation of the enterprise's occupational disease risk and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in the enterprise.
