摘要
采用固相反应法在不同的烧结温度制备了Sr_(0.55)Na_(0.45)SiO_(3-δ)电解质材料,并通过SEM、XRD、电化学阻抗谱等方法对样品进行分析。XRD测试表明通过固相反应法在950℃煅烧2 h获得了纯相的Sr_(0.55)Na_(0.45)SiO_(3-δ);SEM分析和致密度的测量表明Sr_(0.55)Na_(0.45)SiO_(3-δ)具有良好的烧结性能,在1000℃烧结2 h后相对密度达到99%以上;电化学阻抗谱分析表明Sr_(0.55)Na_(0.45)SiO_(3-δ)具有良好的电性能,在600℃和800℃温度测试下的电导率分别为0.01501 S·cm^(-1)和0.0677 S·cm^(-1),0.75 eV的电导活化能。研究表明制备的材料具备成为中温固体氧化物燃料电池理想电解质材料之一。
In this work,Sr_(0.55)Na_(0.45)SiO_(3-δ)electrolyte material was prepared by the solid state reaction method at different sintering temperatures,and the samples were analyzed by SEM,XRD,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The XRD results show that pure-phase Sr_(0.55)Na_(0.45)SiO_(3-δ)was obtained by the solid-state reaction method at 950℃for 2 h.The SEM analysis and density determination showed that Sr_(0.55)Na_(0.45)SiO_(3-δ)have good sintering performance,with a relative density exceeding 99%after sintering at 1000℃for 2 h.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis revealed that Sr_(0.55)Na_(0.45)SiO_(3-δ)has excellent electrical performance,with conductivity of 0.01501 S·cm^(-1) and 0.0677 S·cm^(-1) at 600℃and 800℃,respectively,and conductivity activation energy of 0.75 eV.The study suggests that the materials prepared in this paper have the potential to be ideal electrolyte materials for intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cells(IT-SOFCs).
