基于文献挖掘探析中药治疗糖尿病合并血脂异常用药规律

Analysis of Medication Rule of Diabetes Combined with Dyslipidemia Based on the Literature Mining System

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5),旨在探析总结中药治疗糖尿病合并血脂异常的临床组方用药规律。方法:通过对中国知网(CNKI)(1979年3月至2023年3月)中符合条件的文献进行检索,再筛选符合纳入标准的中药方剂,核对并录入中医传承辅助平台,进行相关的统计分析。结果:整理纳入文献117篇,方剂94首,中药115味,总用药频次561味,用药频次最多的前三位药分别是黄芪、丹参、山楂。获取25对核心组合,4个新处方。结论:中药治疗糖尿病合并血脂异常有一定规律,根据其组方用药规律,可知中药性味归经、配伍应用、药理作用等在中医药治疗过程中起关键作用。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical prescription use rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with dyslipidemia,based on TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform Management System(V2.5).Methods The qualified literatures in CNKI(1979.3-2023.3)were searched by a single person twice,then the TCM prescription meeting the inclusion criteria were screened from the literatures,checked and input into the TCM inheritance assistance platform,and the relevant statistical analysis was carried out.Results 117 articles were collected,including 94 prescriptions,115 TCM flavors and 561 total drug frequency.The top three drugs with the highest medication frequency were Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Hawthorn.25 pairs of core combinations were obtained,and 4 new prescriptions.Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes with dyslipidemia has a certain rule,according to its prescription medication rule,it can be seen that the nature and taste of Chinese medicine belong to meridians,compatibility application,pharmacological effects play a key role in the treatment of TCM.
