Professor Du Yibin believes that post-infectious cough is the continuity of respiratory tract infection,and irritating cough is the main clinical manifestation.The pathogenesis of post-infectious cough is mostly the combination of internal and external pathogens,with deficiency and excess.The internal pathogens are mostly phlegm,dampness and heat,and the external pathogens are dominated by wind.Combined with Du Yibin s clinical experience,this article summarizes the common clinical witness types,treatment methods and prescription of post-infectious cough for reference.
