中西医结合治疗风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎30例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated by Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察风寒痹痛汤加减联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗风寒湿痹型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性选取本院收治的类风湿关节炎60例患者资料,将其按随机抽样的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组予甲氨蝶呤片;观察组在甲氨蝶呤片治疗基础上予以风湿痹痛汤加减治疗。4周为1个疗程,8周后观察两组的综合临床疗效、症状积分、治疗前后类风湿因子(RF)、血沉(ESR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化。结果:与对照组相比,观察组临床疗效总有效率明显提升,对照组关节肿胀、关节疼痛、关节活动度临床症状积分明显高于观察组,晨僵时间明显增加(P<0.05)。对照组较观察组患者类风湿因子(RF)、血沉(ESR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:风湿痹痛汤结合甲氨蝶呤片使用能够显著改善类风湿性关节炎患者的临床症状,抑制炎症反应,极大降低副作用的风险,值得临床上进一步应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of wind-cold arthralgia tongTonga jian combined with methotrexate on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital were retrospectively selected and randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given methotrexate tablets,and the observation group was given Fengshi Bitong Decoction based on methotrexate tablets.After 8 weeks,the clinical effect,symptom score,rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of clinical curative effect in the observation group was obviously improved,the scores of clinical symptoms of joint swelling,joint pain and joint motion in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group,and the time of morning stiffness was significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fengshi Bitong decoction combined with methotrexate can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis patients,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,and greatly reduce the risk of side effects.
