探讨追溯系统联合第三方专业检测在可复用易磨损国产手术器械中的安全性及效益

Exploring the Safety and Benefits of Traceability System Combined with Third-party Professional Testing in Reusable and Wearable Domestic Surgical Instruments

目的探讨追溯系统联合第三方专业检测在可复用易磨损国产手术器械管理中的应用,对其安全性及经济效益进行评估。方法选取2022年7—12月重庆大学附属涪陵医院的4000件可复用易损耗国产手术器械,以及同期工作人员20名,纳入A组,接受追溯系统日常管理维护;选取2023年1—6月本院的4000件可复用易损耗国产手术器械,以及同期工作人员20名(同一批),纳入B组,接受追溯系统日常管理联合第三方进行维护。对比两组管理效果。结果A组器械使用频次低于B组,维护成本、器械总损耗率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。A组工作人员对管理模式的满意度低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论追溯系统联合第三方专业检测在可复用易磨损国产手术器械的管理中,能够显著提高器械的使用频次、功能完好率和安全性,同时降低维护成本,提升医生的使用满意度。

Objective to explore the application of traceability system combined with third-party professional testing in the management of reusable and wearable domestic surgical instruments,and to evaluate its safety and economic benefits.Methods 4000 reusable and consumable domestic surgical instruments and 20 staff members from Chongqing University Fuling Hospital from July to December 2022 were selected to be included in Group A for daily management and maintenance of the traceability system,From January to June 2023,4000 reusable and consumable domestic surgical instruments in the hospital and 20 staff members(the same batch)in the same period were selected and included in Group B to receive daily management of the traceability system and joint maintenance by a third party.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results The frequency of device use in group A was lower than that in group B,and the maintenance cost,total wear and tear rate of instruments were higher than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of staff in group A was lower than that in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traceability system combined with third-party professional testing in the management of reusable and easy-to-wear domestic surgical instruments can significantly improve the frequency of use,functional integrity and safety of instruments,while reducing maintenance costs and enhancing doctors'satisfaction with their use.
