摘要
目的探究内科护理人员应用行为转变管理模式对批判性思维的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2023年1月衡阳市第一人民医院任职的30名内科护理人员作为研究对象,于2021年2月—2022年1月实施常规管理模式(常规组)、2022年2月—2023年1月实施行为转变管理模式(观察组),对比不同管理模式的应用效果。结果组间批判性思维、职业认同感评分对比,观察组均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);组间工作状态评分对比,观察组成就感评分(5.57±0.18)分更高、去个性化(1.27±0.12)分、情绪衰竭(1.42±0.12)分评分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.739、2.472、3.028,P均<0.05)。结论内科护理人员管理中,应用行为转变管理模式,可提高其批判性思维、职业认同感并改善其工作态度,在一定程度上提高工作质量及效率。
Objective To explore the impact of the behavioral change management model on critical thinking among medical nurses.Methods 30 internal medicine nursing staff working in Hengyang First People's Hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research objects.The regular group implemented the conventional management model from February 2021 to January 2022,and observation group implemented the behavior change management model from February 2022 to January 2023.The application effects of different management models were compared.Results Comparison of critical thinking and professional identity scores between groups,the observation group were higher than the regular group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Comparison of working status scores between groups,it was observed that the scores were higher in achievement(5.57±0.18)points,depersonalization(1.27±0.12)points,and emotional exhaustion(1.42±0.12)points scores were lower in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.739,2.472,3.028,all P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of internal medicine nursing staff,the application of behavior change management model can improve their critical thinking,professional identity and work attitude,and improve work quality and efficiency to a certain extent.
