摘要
目的分析转化式学习模式在全科医生管理培训中应用的价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于淄博市卫生健康事业发展中心工作的同一批全科医生25名作为研究对象,2022年1—12月采取常规培训管理模式,设为常规组;2023年1—12月采取转化式学习模式,设为研究组。比较两组全科医生的岗位胜任力、综合素质水平以及理论与实践考核成绩。结果研究组岗位胜任力各项评分、综合素质水平、理论与实践考核成绩高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论转化式学习模式在全科医生管理培训的应用能有效增强医生的岗位胜任力和综合素质水平,提升医生对专业知识和技能的掌握度。
Objective To analyze the value of applying the transformational learning model in general practitioner management training.Methods The same group of 25 general practitioners who worked in Zibo Health Development Center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2022,the regular training management mode were adopted and set as the regular group.From January to December 2023,the transformational learning model were adopted and set up as a research group.The job competency,comprehensive quality level,and theoretical and practical assessment scores of the two groups were compared.Results The job competency scores,comprehensive quality level,theoretical and practical assessment scores of the research group were higher than those of the regular group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the transformational learning model in the general practitioner management training can effectively enhance doctors'job competence and comprehensive quality level,improve doctors'mastery of professional knowledge and skills.
