PDCA循环教学法在呼吸内科临床教学中的运用效果分析

摘要 目的研究分析呼吸内科临床教学中采用PDCA循环教学法的实施效果、应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月长沙市第一医院呼吸内科70名实习生为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(n=32)与观察组(n=38),对照组于2021年1—12月采取传统教学方式,观察组于2022年1—12月采取PDCA循环教学法教学,比较两组教学效果。结果观察组考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力、学习态度量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组教学满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科临床教学中,运用PDCA循环教学法对实习生实施教学,能够切实保障教学质量,提高实习生专业能力。 Objective To study and analyze the implementation effect and application value of PDCA cycle teaching method in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 70 interns in the respiratory department of Changsha First Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=38)by random number table method.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods from January to December 2021,while the observation group was taught by PDCA cycle teaching method from January to December 2022.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of autonomous learning ability and learning attitude scale in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine,PDCA circulation teaching method can effectively guarantee the teaching quality and improve the professional ability of interns.
