摘要
本文从政策指引、学科重新规划整合、信息化建设、绩效考核体系建设等方面,介绍某县级三级综合医院从2019—2023年提高绩效管理的方法及措施。并从经济效益、社会效益、文化聚力、诊疗水平等多角度出发,探索县级公立医院精细化运营管理。通过所达成的实际效果,明确指出组织体系建设、院内沟通加强、信息化高效、绩效考核体系、制度流程标准化等是实现医院高水平绩效管理的关键。
This article introduces the methods and measures for improving performance management in a county-level tertiary general hospital from 2019 to 2023 from the aspects of policy guidance,discipline re-planning and integration,informatization construction,and performance appraisal system construction.And from the perspectives of economic benefits,social benefits,cultural cohesion,diagnosis and treatment level,etc.,we explore the refined operation management of county-level public hospitals.Through the actual results achieved,it is clearly pointed out that the construction of organizational system,strengthening of communication within the hospital,efficient informatization,performance appraisal system,and standardization of system and process are the keys to achieving high-level performance management of the hospital.
