幼儿园实习教师职业认同影响机制研究

摘要 职业认同影响着师范生未来的职业选择,教育实习中的经历与感受影响着实习教师职业认同感的形成。通过运用扎根理论方法进行分析,发现幼儿园实习教师的职业认同感由环境认知、自我判断、情感支持、发展期望四个要素构成:环境认知是形成职业认同感的基石,自我判断是幼儿园实习教师提升职业认同感的加油站,情感支持是幼儿园实习教师维持职业认同感的催化剂,发展期望是巩固幼儿园实习教师职业认同感的粘合剂,这些要素之间存在内在逻辑联系。加强幼儿园实习教师的职业认同感应该从三方面入手:高等院校要做好实习规划,师范生培养兼顾教学与实践;实践园所要加强实习管理,创设安全和谐的实习环境;实习教师要及时回顾反思,整合不同方面的资源支持。 Professional identity affects the future career choice of normal students,and the experience and feelings in educational practice affect the formation of internship teachers'professional identity.Through the analysis from the perspective of grounded theory,it is found that the professional identity of kindergarten intern teachers is composed of four elements:environmental cognition,self-judgment,emotional support and development expectation.Environmental cognition is the cornerstone of forming professional identity.Selfjudgment is the gas station for kindergarten intern teachers to enhance their professional identity.Emotional support is the catalyst for kindergarten intern teachers to maintain their professional identity.Development expectation is the binder to consolidate the professional identity of kindergarten intern teachers.There is an internal logical relationship between these elements.Strengthening the professional identity of kindergarten internship teachers should start from three aspects:colleges and universities should do a good job in internship planning;teaching and practice should be taken into account during the training of normal students;the practice kindergartens should strengthen the practice management and create a safe and harmonious practice environment;intern teachers should review and reflect in time and integrate different aspects of resource support.
