高压舱1.6ATA和2.0ATA治疗压力下对突聋患者经皮氧分压动态监测的临床观察

摘要 目的:通过记录1.6 ATA(absolute atmosphere)和2.0ATA两种不同治疗压力下对突聋患者经皮氧分压(TcPO_(2))的动态变化,为临床治疗压力的选择提供数据支持。方法:16例突发性耳聋患者,分别在1.6ATA和2.0ATA的治疗压力下,对左侧锁骨下第二肋间水平的TcPO_(2)曲线变化进行连续全程监测。结果:在1.6ATA和2.0ATA治疗压力下吸入浓度100%的氧,两者经皮氧分压动态变化的走势保持一致。1.6ATA比2.0ATA的附加压降低了40%,而前者吸氧45min时的TcPO_(2)峰值比后者降低了15.41%。结论:从经皮氧分压的角度评价,1.6ATA的吸氧效果比2.0ATA下降了15.41%,为临床中需要治疗压力降低的情况提供了吸氧效果方面的基线数据。
