摘要
电机运行涉及力学、热等耦合作用,因此研究多场耦合作用下的电机性能对提高电机综合性能具有重要作用。文章基于Workbench对电机进行静力学分析和热分析。首先通过单场耦合分析得到电机性能,然后通过热固耦合多场仿真研究电机综合性能,随后将多场耦合分析结果和单场耦合分析结果与电机实际性能进行对比分析,得出多场耦合作用与实际性能更加吻合,并验证了多场耦合分析的准确性。
When motors operating,there exist a lot of effects involving mechanics,heat,and other factors,therefore,studying the performance of motors under multi-field coupling is important for improving the overall performance of motors.The static mechanical analysis and thermal analysis of the motor are conducted based on Workbench in the article.Firstly,by performing single-field coupling analysis,the motor's performance is obtained.And then,through thermo-mechanical multi-field simulation,the comprehensive performance of the motor is studied.Subsequently,the results of multi-field coupling analysis and those of single-field coupling analysis are compared with the results of actual performance of the motor,it is found that the multifield coupling effects are more consistent with the actual performance,which verifies the accuracy of the multi-field coupling analysis.
