Research on the Practice Cases of Improving Social Governance Through"One Network Unified Management"

“一网统管”业务模式已经成为新型智慧城市推进城市治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要助力手段和城市事件高效处置的重要抓手。迄今,“一网统管”在业务模式、机制体制、标准规范等方面仍然处于不断探索阶段,文章以上海市和海南省建设实践为例,对“一网统”建设内容、模式做了初步分析和探讨,并对未来“一网统管”建设提供参考。

The business model of"One Network Unified Management"has become an important means of promoting the modernization of urban governance systems and governance capabilities in new smart cities,as well as an important lever for efficient handling of social events.So far,the"One Network Unified Management"is still in the stage of continuous exploration in terms of business models,institutional framework,standards and specifications.This article takes the construction practices of Shanghai and Hainan Province as examples to conduct a preliminary analysis and exploration on the content and mode of"One Network Unified Management"construction,in order to provide reference for the future"One Network Unified Management"construction.
