Research on Smart City Construction Strategies from the Perspective of Industrial Transformation and Upgrading——A Case Study of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone

文章分析了开发区转型升级与智慧城市建设的关联逻辑,提出了产业转型升级视角下开发区开展智慧城市建设的要点,并以武汉经济技术开发区(以下简称武汉经开区)为例,提出产业转型视角下智慧城市规划提升的对策建议,有助于推动开发区向更高阶的城市综合功能区形态转型。

This paper analyzes the correlation logic between the transformation and upgrading of development zones and the construction of smart cities,puts forward the key points of smart city construction in development zones from the perspective of industrial transformation and upgrading,and takes Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example to give countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of smart city planning from the perspective of industrial transformation.It will help promote the transformation of the development zone to a higher level of urban comprehensive functional area.
