城中村建筑改造目标和方式分析

Analysis of Target and Method of Urban Village Building Reconstruction

为解决城中村基础设施不完善、环境污染严重等问题,文章对城中村改造工作目标、方式进行研究,然后以某城市城中村改造工作为例,分析改造工作的实践方法。研究结果表明,结合城中村实际情况,开展改造工作,不仅可以使城中村水、电、绿化优化升级,还能实现对城市文化的保护与弘扬。希望通过本文研究,为城市化进程的高质量推进提供参考。

In order to solve the problems of imperfect infrastructure and serious environmental pollution in urban villages,this paper first studies the objectives and methods of urban village reconstruction,and then takes the urban village renovation work of a certain city as an example to analyze the practical methods of reconstruction work.The research results show that,combining with the actual situation of urban villages,carrying out the reconstruction work can not only realize the optimization and upgrading of water,electricity,greening and other aspects of urban villages,but also realize the protection and promotion of urban culture.It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for the high-quality promotion of the urbanization process.
