摘要 论文深入探讨了建筑设计环节中建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的重要作用及其功能。首先针对建筑信息模型在几何数据信息、特征信息及其集成信息方面的功能进行了详细阐述,介绍了BIM在建筑全寿命周期设计中的应用、带来的一系列问题和挑战,确认了BIM作为科技发展下建筑设计的必然成果,体现了现代建筑行业对于科技和信息化的需求和依赖。其次,文章提出了面向建筑全寿命周期的建筑设计方案,明确了全寿命周期的核心思想、概念和其在设计方案中的关键作用。最后,文章强调了引入BIM的全生命周期设计思路,为实现更为完善和高效的建筑项目提供了有力的理论支撑。 This article delves into the importance and functions of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in the architectural design process.Firstly,the paper provides a detailed explanation of the functions of BIM in terms of geometric data information,feature information,and integrated information.It introduces the application of BIM in building life cycle design and a series of problems and challenges brought by BIM,and confirms that BIM is an inevitable result of architectural design under the development of science and technology.It reflects the modern construction industry's demand and reliance on technology and informatization.Subsequently,the paper presents an architectural design approach geared towards the entire lifecycle of buildings,outlining the core idea and concepts of the entire lifecycle and the pivotal role it plays in design solutions.Finally,it emphasizes the entire lifecycle design concept of the adoption of BIM,providing robust theoretical support for achieving more comprehensive and efficient architectural projects.
