摘要
计算机的飞速发展,促进了中国现代建筑设计技术的建设步伐,尤其是近年来,BIM技术在建筑领域的运用把我国的建筑设计提高到了一个全新的层次。通过对建筑领域的从建筑设计到建筑施工的各种数据进行模拟,可以有效地提高建筑规划的实用性。文章先对BIM技术相关理论概述,提出设计与生产、施工的脱节和BIM建模的高成本与低利用率两个关键问题,最后提出BIM技术在装配式设计中的应用。建筑企业运用BIM技术可以有效提高设计效率和准确性,还可以有效缩短施工周期,提高项目建设的经济优势。
The rapid development of computer promotes the construction pace of modern architectural design technology in China,especially in recent years,the application of BIM technology in the field of architecture has improved our architectural design to a new level.The practicability of architectural planning can be effectively improved by simulating the various data of architectural design and construction in the field of architecture.This paper first summarizes the relevant theories of BIM technology,puts forward two key problems:the disconnection between design and production and construction,and the high cost and low utilization rate of BIM modeling,and finally puts forward the application of BIM technology in assembly design.The application of BIM technology by construction enterprises can not only effectively improve the design efficiency and accuracy,but also effectively shorten the construction cycle and improve the economic advantages of the project construction.
