文章依托信阳CAZ双创产业园超高层项目,介绍了在施工现场通过BIM技术与智慧工地系统,智能设备实时采集施工现场数据,经过数据库处理与分析,对用工、物资、安全、绿色施工、进度、技术质量等进行数字化管理等内容,说明了应用BIM技术可增大项目的经济效益和社会效益,并为建设项目数字化管理此类工程提供参考。

This paper relies on the super-high-rise project of Xinyang CAZ dual-creation industrial park to introduce the use of BIM technology,smart construction site systems,and intelligent equipment to collect real-time construction site data at the construction site,and introduce the digital management of labor,materials,safety,green construction,progress,technical quality and so on through database processing and analysis.It shows that the application of BIM technology can increase the economic and social benefits of the project,and provides a reference for the digital management of construction projects.
