摘要
当前,我国建筑业复杂度和规模不断增加,建设工程全过程服务内容越来越多,技术难度和要求也日益增高。传统模式在速度、可靠性及经济可行性方面已很难适应现代化建设与发展要求。采用5G、BIM及物联网等技术,可以打造符合工程项目的数字化智慧建造工程管理平台,实现建筑施工全过程、全要素、全参与方的数字化、智能化,提高项目的信息化管理水平,切实保障工程项目的施工质量和要求,从而推进建筑产业智能化发展。
At present,the complexity and scale of China's construction industry are increasing,the service content of the whole process of construction projects is increasing,and the technical difficulty and requirements are also increasing.The traditional model is difficult to adapt to the requirements of modernization construction and development in terms of speed,reliability and economic feasibility.The use of 5G,BIM,Internet of Things and other technologies can build a digital intelligent construction project management platform that meets the engineering project,realize the digitalization and intelligence of the whole process,all elements and all participants in the construction,improve the information management level of the project,and effectively ensure the construction quality and requirements of the project,so as to promote the intelligent development of the construction industry.
