The paper studies the design of a comprehensive monitoring system for the city railway dispatch center level road network.Based on clarifying the characteristics of the city railway and the requirements for dispatch functions,the paper analyzes the key points of the comprehensive monitoring system design from the aspects of system overall positioning,system design principles,system function design,system main components,software and hardware design,etc.It is beneficial to reduce the operational risks of the road network,improve the level of centralized monitoring and integrated utilization of line resources,and promote the high-quality development of urban railways.
