摘要
本文在食品接触材料的水基食品模拟物的总迁移试验中,为确保总迁移量检测结果的可靠性,对引入加标回收作为质控手段的可行性进行研究。首先,对4种常见无机盐在干燥与溶于水并烘干后的含水量变化进行测试;然后,以K2SO4作为加标物,对4种水基食品模拟物进行加标试验,并利用实际样品,在水基食品模拟物中进行总迁移量测试。结果表明:该加标物具有可行性。
In the total migration test of water-based food simulants of food contact materials,in order to ensure the reliability of the total migration test results,the feasibility of introducing standard recovery as a means of quality control was studied.Firstly,the change of water content of 4 kinds of common inorganic salts after drying,dissolving in water and drying was tested.Then,K_(2)SO_(4)was used as the additive to carry out the additive test for 4 kinds of water-based food simulants,and the total migration was tested in the water-based food simulants by using actual samples.The results show that the additive is feasible.
