摘要
该文以NO生成抑制率为指标,优化了枇杷花抗炎活性物质的提取工艺,在此基础上,对比了白沙、大红袍2个品种不同采收期枇杷花提取物抗炎活性,并进行成分分析。结果表明,以40%(体积分数)乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比1∶40(g∶mL),50℃下提取60 min条件下,所得提取物抗炎活性最佳。HPLC分析表明,提取物中主要含有金丝桃苷、芦丁、槲皮苷、白麻苷和阿福豆苷等黄酮类物质,且11月白沙枇杷花抗炎提取物中黄酮类物质含量最高,达8135.7μg/g,以金丝桃苷和芦丁为主,二者含量分别为3780.3、2378.7μg/g;抗炎活性分析显示11月白沙枇杷花抗炎活性亦最高。该文为枇杷花精深加工及其抗炎健康产品的开发提供了一定的理论依据,同时有助于枇杷花高值化利用及高抗炎活性物质的制备。
To achieve high-value utilization of loquat flowers and preparation of high anti-inflammatory substances,the extraction process of anti-inflammatory substances from loquat flowers had been optimized with NO production rate as the indicator.Based on this,the anti-inflammatory activity of the extracts from two varieties(Baisha and Dahongpao)at different stages was compared,and the composition of extracts was analyzed.Results showed that the extraction was carried out using 40%ethanol as the extraction solvent with a solid/solvent ratio of 1∶40(g∶mL)at 50℃for 60 min.HPLC analysis showed that the extracts mainly contained the flavonoids such as hyperin,rutin,quercetin,baimaside,and afzeloside.The extract of Baisha loquat flowers in November had the highest content of flavonoids(8135.7μg/g),and its major flavonoids were hyperin and rutin,and the content was 3780.3μg/g and 2378.7μg/g,respectively.The results of anti-inflammatory activity showed that the extract of Baisha loquat flowers in November had the highest anti-inflammatory activity.This study provided a theoretical basis for the deep processing of loquat flowers and the development of anti-inflammatory products.
