摘要
工程生态论研究是响应我国高质量发展阶段和形成新质生产力的时代呼唤而开展的研究,是进行工程现实研究和理论研究的新范式。工程生态论的核心概念是工程生态。“工程生态”概念以“生态”隐喻“工程”,其基本内容和对象是工程而不是生态。工程生态论有三个关键内容和观点:把工程的“对象”“结构”“功能”看作具有“(类)生命”特征的“生命体”;把工程系统看作具有“广义生态特征”的“(类)生态系统”;从微观-中观-宏观三个尺度(层次)的相互联系、相互作用中认识和研究“工程生态”的理论和现实问题、战略和策略问题。工程生态论坚持理论联系实际的原则,不但重视基本理论研究,而且重视案例研究。工程生态论研究的学术目的是在工程哲学中国学派原先建立的“工程哲学五论(科学技术工程三元论、工程本体论、工程方法论、工程知识论、工程演化论)体系”的基础上实现新突破,增加“工程生态论”,将我国工程哲学体系拓展为“以工程本体论为核心的‘六论’体系”。
The theory of engineering ecology research is a new paradigm for engineering reality research and theoretical research in response to the call of China's high-quality development stage and the era of forming new quality productive forces.The core concept of the theory of engineering ecology is engineering ecology.The concept of"engineering ecology"uses"ecology"as a metaphor for"engineering",and its basic content and object are engineering rather than ecology.The theory of engineering ecology has three key contents and viewpoints:the"object",the"structure"and the"function"of engineering are regarded as an"analogous living body"with the characteristics of"life";the engineering system is regarded as an"(analogous)ecosystem"with"broad ecological characteristics";and the understanding and study of the theoretical and practical problems,strategies and tactics of"engineering ecology"should be based on the interrelation and interaction of the microengineering,mesoengineering and macroengineering.The theory of engineering ecology adheres to the principle of combining theory with practice,attaching importance not only to basic theoretical research,but also to case studies:The academic purpose of the research of the theory of engineering ecology is to make new breakthroughs and add"engineering ecology"on the basis of the"five theories of engineering philosophy"(trialism of science,technology and engineering,ontology of engineering,methodology of engineering,theory of engineering knowledge,theory of engineering evolution)system originally established by the Chinese school of philosophy of engineering.Therefore,the system of Chinese philosophy of engineering is expanded into a'six-theory'system with ontology of engineering as the core".
