复合微生物菌剂对黄芪生长及叶片酶活性的影响

摘要 为探究复合微生物菌剂施用对黄芪幼苗生长和叶片酶活性的影响,于2023年在福建农林大学以黄芪幼苗为研究对象,采用三元二次回归正交旋转组合设计(1/2实施),以产气肠杆菌(Enterobacter aerogenes,代号X1)CT-B09-2、解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,代号X_(2))JL-B06、乙酸钙不动杆菌(Acinetobacter calcoaceticus,代号X_(3))WYS-A01-1等3种具有高效解磷解钾菌株组合处理,测定黄芪根生物量、叶片代谢酶活性等指标。结果表明,POD酶活性、可溶性糖含量和根干重随3种菌株组合施用量的变化而变化。并以3种菌株施用量为自变量(X),以黄芪POD酶活性(Y1)、可溶性糖含量(Y2)、根干重(Y3)为因变量(Y),建立回归拟合方程:Y1=28137.76638+4900.32338X_(1)+4030.94814X_(1)^(2)+5053.45778X_(2)2-4676.49614X_(1)X_(3)-7967.51338X_(2)X_(3),Y2=0.14161+0.00709X1+0.01204X_(2)-0.00879X_(3)-0.00332X_(3)^(2)+0.00917X1X_(2)-0.01243X_(1)X_(3)-0.00771X_(2)X_(3),Y3=0.81502+0.10808X_(2)+0.02865X_(3)-0.05351X12+0.01177X_(2)2-0.02479X_(3)2-0.14615X_(1)X_(2)-0.21408X1X_(3)+0.10884X_(2)X_(3)。综合结果表明,3种内生促生菌剂混合施用可以显著促进黄芪生长和提高叶片酶活性,并且以处理8(产气肠杆菌∶解淀粉芽孢杆菌∶乙酸钙不动杆菌=40 mL∶80 mL∶40 mL)效果最佳。 Exploring the effects of the application of compound microbial cultures on the growth and leaf enzyme activity of Astragalus membranaceus seedlings,providing a theoretical basis for the efficient utilization of compound microbial cultures.The triple quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination design(1/2 implementation)was used to study Enterobacter aerogenes(CT-B09-2)and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens(JL-B06)and Acinetobacter calcoaceticus(WYS-A01-1)were combined to treat A.membranaceus,and root biomass and leaf metabolic enzyme activity were measured in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University in 2023.The application dosage of three strains was used as independent variable X,and the activity of A.membranaceus peroxidase POD enzyme,soluble sugar content and root dry weight were used as dependent variable Y.The regression fitting equation Y_(1)=28137.76638+4900.32338X 1+4030.94814X_(2)1+5053.45778X_(2)2-4676.49614X_(1)X_(3)-7967.51338X_(2)X_(3);Y_(2)=0.14161+0.00709X 1+0.01204X_(2)-0.00879X_(3)-0.00332X_(2)_(3)+0.00917X_(1)X_(2)-0.01243X 1X_(3)-0.00771X_(2)X_(3);Y_(3)=0.81502+0.10808X_(2)+0.02865X_(3)-0.05351X_(2)1+0.01177X_(2)2-0.02479X_(2)3-0.14615X_(1)X_(2)-0.21408X_(1)X_(3)+0.10884X_(2)X_(3).The results showed that POD enzyme activity,soluble sugar content and root dry weight changed with the combined application of the three strains.The mixed application of the three endogenous growth promoting bacteria could significantly promote the growth of A.membranaceus and improve the metabolic enzyme activity of leaves,and the treatment group 8(Enterobacter aerogenes:Bacillus amyloliquefaciens:Acinetobacter calcoaceticus=40 mL∶80 mL∶40 mL)works best.
