手术室护理联合舒适护理在儿童桡骨颈骨折中的应用效果

Application effect of operating room nursing combined with comfort nursing in children with radial neck fracture

目的 探讨手术室护理联合舒适护理在儿童桡骨颈骨折中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2023年9月山东省临沂市兰陵县人民医院收治的48例桡骨颈骨折患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(24例)与研究组(24例)。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用手术室护理联合舒适护理,比较两组恐惧心理及治疗依从性。结果 研究组Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组治疗依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 手术室护理联合舒适护理在儿童桡骨颈骨折中的应用效果较好,可改善患儿的恐惧心理,提高治疗依从性,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing combined with comfort nursing in children with radial neck fracture.Methods A total of 48 children with radial neck fracture admitted to Lanling County People’s Hospital of Linyi City,Shandong Province from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(24 cases)and the research group(24 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given operating room nursing combined with comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The fear psychology and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The score of Wong-Baker faces pain scale in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of treatment compliance in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of operating room nursing combined with comfort nursing in children with radial neck fracture is better,which can improve the fear psychology of the children,improve the treatment compliance,and is worth promoting.
