回授法健康教育模式对手足口病学龄期患儿家属疾病认知及预防行为的影响

Effect of Teach-Back health education mode on disease cognition and prevention behavior of family members of school-aged children with hand,foot and mouth disease

目的分析回授法(Teach-Back)健康教育模式对手足口病学龄期患儿家属疾病认知及预防行为的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2023年8月栖霞市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的70例手足口病学龄期患儿,按照不同干预方案分为对照组(35例)与研究组(35例)。对照组采用常规健康教育模式,研究组采用Teach-Back健康教育模式,比较两组家属疾病认知度、家属预防行为及患儿治疗依从行为。结果干预后,研究组家属疾病认知度各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组家属预防行为优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗依从行为优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Teach-Back健康教育模式可提高手足口病学龄期患儿家属疾病认知度,改善家属预防行为、患儿治疗依从行为,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Teach-Back health education mode on disease cognition and prevention behavior of family members of school-aged children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 70 school-aged children with hand,foot and mouth disease treated in Qixia Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(35 cases)and the study group(35 cases)according to different intervention programs.The control group adopted the conventional health education mode,and the study group adopted the Teach-Back health education mode.Disease cognition and prevention behavior of family members and treatment compliance behavior of children were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of disease cognition of family members and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the prevention behavior of family members in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance behavior of children in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teach-Back health education mode can improve the disease cognition of family members of school-aged children with hand,foot and mouth disease,and ameliorate the prevention behavior of family members and the treatment compliance behavior of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
