坤泰胶囊联合激素补充治疗卵巢早衰患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of Kuntai Capsules combined with hormone replacement therapy in patients with premature ovarian failure

目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合激素补充治疗卵巢早衰患者的临床效果。方法选取贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州妇幼保健院2021年5月至2022年7月接诊的40例卵巢早衰患者为研究对象,采取随机抛硬币法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组采取激素补充治疗,观察组采取坤泰胶囊与激素补充联合治疗,比较两组性激素水平、卵巢早衰症状改善情况及临床总有效率。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素低于对照组,雌二醇高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组阴道干涩、腰膝酸软、泌尿系统症状、出汗潮热评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合激素补充治疗卵巢早衰患者的临床效果较好,能够调节性激素水平,改善临床症状,提高临床有效率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kuntai Capsules combined with hormone replacement therapy in patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods A total of 40 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Guizhou Province from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random coin toss method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given hormone replacement therapy,and the observation group was given Kuntai Capsules combined with hormone replacement therapy.The sex hormone levels,the improvement of premature ovarian failure symptoms,and the total clinical effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the estradiol was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vaginal dryness,lumbar and knee tenderness,urinary symptoms,and sweating hot flushes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntai Capsules combined with hormone replacement therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure,which can regulate sex hormone levels,improve clinical symptoms,and improve clinical efficiency.
