特布他林联合头孢曲松钠对肺炎链球菌肺炎患儿炎症指标、免疫功能及肺功能的影响

Impact of Terbutaline combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium on inflammation indicators,immune function,and lung function in children with Streptococcus Pneumoniae pneumonia

目的分析特布他林联合头孢曲松钠对肺炎链球菌肺炎患儿炎症指标、免疫功能及肺功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年10月青岛市即墨区龙山卫生院治疗的154例肺炎链球菌肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为参照组(77例)与研究组(77例)。参照组采用头孢曲松钠治疗,研究组采用特布他林联合头孢曲松钠治疗。比较两组免疫功能、肺功能及炎症指标水平。结果治疗后,研究组CD_(3)^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于参照组,CD8^(+)水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组呼气流量峰值、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-17水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特布他林联合头孢曲松钠在肺炎链球菌肺炎患儿中应用可获得理想效果,可改善炎症指标水平,提高免疫功能及肺功能,可推广。

Objective To analyze the impact of Terbutaline combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium on inflammation indicators,immune function,and lung function in children with Streptococcus Pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 154 children with Streptococcus Pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Qingdao Jimo District Longshan Health Center from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the reference group(77 cases)and the study group(77 cases)using the random number table method.The reference group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium,and the study group was treated with Terbutaline combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium.The immune function,lung function,and the levels of inflammation indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD_(3)^(+)and CD4^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,while the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The peak expiratory flow,forced vital capacity,and forced expiratory volume in one second in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-8,and interleukin-17 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Terbutaline combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium in children with Streptococcus Pneumoniae pneumonia can obtain ideal effect,improve the levels of inflammation indicators,enhance immune function and lung function,and can be promoted.
