舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用及对其生活质量的影响

Application of comfort nursing in the nursing of parturients after cesarean section and its impact on the parturients’quality of life

目的观察舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用及对其生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年9月至2023年7月北京市大兴区中西医结合医院收治的108例剖宫产术后产妇为研究对象,按照信封法分为对照组(54例)、观察组(54例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取舒适护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后排气时间、泌乳时间、下床活动时间早于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用效果显著,能够促进产后恢复,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the application effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of parturients after cesarean section and its impact on the parturients’quality of life.Methods A total of 108 parturients after cesarean section in Beijing Daxing District Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(54 cases)according to the envelope method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comfort nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The postoperative exhaust time,lactation time,and getting out of bed time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing in the nursing of parturients after cesarean section has remarkable application effect,which can promote postpartum recovery and improve the quality of life,and is worth promoting.
