医护与家属协同护理对肺炎患儿雾化依从性及家属满意度的影响

Effect of collaborative nursing between medical caregivers and families on atomization compliance and parental satisfaction in children with pneumonia

目的探讨医护与家属协同护理对肺炎患儿雾化依从性及家属满意度的影响。方法选取济南市第三人民医院2022年1月至2023年8月收治的80例肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用医护与家属协同护理干预,比较两组患儿的雾化依从性、家属满意度、症状消失时间及住院时间。结果观察组雾化总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间、喘息消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护与家属协同护理能够提高肺炎患儿雾化依从性和家属满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing between medical caregivers and families on atomization compliance and parental satisfaction in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia admitted to Jinan Third People’s Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received collaborative nursing intervention between medical caregivers and families.The atomization compliance,parental satisfaction,disappearance time of symptoms,and hospitalization time in the two groups were compared.Results The total atomization compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The temperature recovery time,cough disappearance time,sputum disappearance time,wheezing disappearance time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing between medical caregivers and families can improve the atomization compliance of children with pneumonia and the satisfaction of parents,which is worth promoting and applying.
