协作性护理在小儿支气管哮喘中的应用效果

Application effect of collaborative nursing in children with bronchial asthma

目的研究协作性护理在小儿支气管哮喘中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年9月单县中心医院收治的96例支气管哮喘患儿,以随机数字表法分为参照组(48例,常规护理)和试验组(48例,协作性护理),观察两组肺功能改善情况及护理总满意率。结果护理前两组肺功能无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后两组肺功能均改善(P<0.05),且试验组用力肺活量和第1秒用力呼气容积高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理总满意率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿支气管哮喘,协作性护理在改善患儿肺功能方面具有明显优势,可以使患儿肺功能得到更大程度的恢复和提升,护理满意度高。

Objective To study the effect of collaborative nursing in children with bronchial asthma.Methods Ninety-six children with bronchial asthma admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from June 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into the reference group(48 cases,routine nursing)and the experimental group(48 cases,collaborative nursing)by random table number method.The improvement of lung function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The lung function of the two groups was improved after nursing(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second in the experimental group after nursing were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with bronchial asthma,collaborative nursing has obvious advantages in improving their lung function.Through collaborative nursing,children’s lung function can be restored and improved to a greater extent,and nursing satisfaction is high.
