集束化护理管理在新生儿重症监护室感染控制中的应用

Application of cluster nursing management in neonatal intensive care unit infection control

目的探讨集束化护理管理在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)感染控制中的应用。方法选取2021年8月至2023年8月北京市海淀区妇幼保健院收治的98例NICU新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(49例)与观察组(49例)。对照组采用常规化护理管理,观察组采用集束化护理管理。比较两组的感染发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组感染总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施集束化护理管理有利于NICU感染控制,可降低患儿的感染发生率,提高患儿家长的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application of cluster nursing management in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)infection control.Methods A total of 98 NICU neonates admitted to Beijing Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(49 cases)according to random number table method.The control group adopted routine nursing management,and the observation group adopted cluster nursing management.The infection rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of infection in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cluster nursing management is beneficial to NICU infection control,can reduce the incidence of infection in children,and improve the nursing satisfaction of parents.
