二至丸合两地汤加减治疗功能失调性子宫出血肝肾阴虚型的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Erzhi Pill combined with Liangdi decoction in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding with yin deficiency of liver and kidney

目的观察二至丸合两地汤加减治疗功能失调性子宫出血肝肾阴虚型的效果。方法选取100例功能失调性子宫出血肝肾阴虚型患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组使用地屈孕酮片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上使用二至丸合两地汤加减治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组总有效率94.00%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后血常规指标、子宫及月经恢复情况均优于对照组,中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二至丸合两地汤加减治疗功能失调性子宫出血肝肾阴虚型患者能够减少出血量,缩短出血时间,恢复月经周期及子宫内膜厚度,调节性激素水平,可获得良好效果。

Objective To observe the effect of Erzhi Pill combined with Liangdi decoction in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding with yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods100 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding and liver and kidney Yin deficiency were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets,and the study group was treated with Erzhi Pill combined with Liangdi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).Blood routine indexes,uterine and menstrual recovery in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment,and TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Erzhi Pill combined with Liangdi decoction can reduce the amount and time of bleeding,restore menstrual cycle and endometrial thickness,adjust the level of sex hormones and achievegood results.
