腹腔镜下子宫全切术的手术室护理配合观察

Operation room nursing cooperation observation of total hysterectomy under laparoscope

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫全切术的手术室护理配合方法,以提高手术效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析行腹腔镜下子宫全切术的100例患者临床资料,总结手术室护理配合的要点,包括术前准备、术中配合和术后处理。结果患者平均手术时间为(85.6±15.2)min,术中出血量为(100.4±23.6)ml,术后住院时间为(3.5±0.8)d。患者无需输血,术后康复快,无严重并发症发生。100例患者中,对护理表示非常满意患者占82.0%,满意占16.0%,一般占2.0%。结论腹腔镜下子宫全切术是一种微创、安全、有效的手术方式,手术室护理配合要求高,需要护士熟悉手术流程和仪器设备,严格执行无菌操作规程,密切观察病情,及时处理异常情况,为手术顺利进行提供保障。

Objective To explore the nursing coordination method of laparoscope total hysterectomy in the operating room,in order to improve the surgical effect and safety.Methods The clinical data of 1o0 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy were retrospectively analyzed,and the key points of nursing coordination in operating room were summarized,including preoperative preparation,intraoperative coordination and postoperative management.Results The mean operation time was(85.6±15.2)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(100.4±23.6)ml,and the postoperative hospitalization time was(3.5±o.8)d.The patient did not need blood transfusion and recovered quickly without serious complications.Among the 100 patients,82.0%were very satisfied with the nursing,16.0%were satisfied,and 2.0%were generally satisfied.Conclusion Laparoscopic total hysterectomy is a minimally invasive,safe and effective surgical method with high requirements for nursing cooperation in the operating room.Nurses are required to be familiar with the surgical process and equipment,strictly implement the aseptic operation procedures,closely observe the condition,and timely deal with abnormal conditions,so as to provide guarantee for the smooth operation.
