摘要
在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术的快速发展过程中,异位妊娠(EP)的发生率也在逐渐上升。由于辅助生殖技术(ART)过程中发生EP的具体原因与机理目前尚不清楚,大多数认为发生EP的危险因素为输卵管功能异常、ART的操作及体内激素水平异常等。本文对IVF-ET助孕中与EP发生相关的因子作一综述。
In the process of rapid development of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) technology,the incidence of ectopic pregnancy(EP) is also gradually increasing.Since the specific cause and mechanism of EP in the process of assisted reproductive technology(ART) are still unclear,most of the risk factors for EP are considered to be the abnormal function of the fallopian tube,the operation of ART and abnormal hormone levels in the body.This article reviews the factors related to EP in IVF-ET assisted pregnancy.
