微信群与传统电话随访形式在产前筛查随访中的应用效果对比

Comparison of the application effects of WeChat groups and traditional telephone follow-up forms in non-invasive prenatal screening and follow-up

目的 分析微信群与传统电话随访形式在产前筛查随访中的效果。方法 选取2017年9月至2018年9月在本所接受产前筛查检查,结果异常的人群1915例作为对照组,实施传统电话随访。选取2021年5月至2022年4月在本所接受产前筛查检查,结果异常的人群1076例作为观察组,实施微信群随访。比较两组负性情绪、遵医行为。结果 观察组随访后焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(44.72±5.32)分和(48.17±5.74)分,相较于对照组的(51.36±4.95)分和(55.09±6.02)分明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组遵医行为率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 微信群应用于产前筛查异常人群随访中的效果优于传统电话随访形式,前者可明显缓解孕妇负性情绪,提升遵医依从性及唐氏儿的检出率。

Objective To analyze the effect of WeChat group and traditional telephone follow-up in prenatal screening follow-up.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,1,915 people who received prenatal screening examination in our institute with abnormal results were selected as the control group,and traditional telephone follow-up was carried out.A total of 1076 patients who received prenatal screening examination in our Institute from May 2021 to April 2022 with abnormal results were selected as the observation group,and WeChat group follow-up was carried out.Negative emotion and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) in the observation group were(44.72±5.32) points and(48.17±5.74) points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(51.36±4.95) points and(55.09±6.02) points(P<0.05).The compliance behavior rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat groups in prenatal screening for abnormal population follow-up is more effective than traditional telephone follow-up forms.The former can significantly alleviate negative emotions of parturients,improve compliance with medical treatment,and improve the detection rate of Down syndrome.
