手术室精细化护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除+双侧输卵管切除术中的应用效果

The application effect of refined nursing in the operating room in laparoscopic total hysterectomy+bilateral salpingectomy

目的 探讨手术室精细化护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除+双侧输卵管切除术中的应用效果。方法 选取60例行腹腔镜下全子宫切除+双侧输卵管切除术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受手术室精细化护理,比较两组的术后康复情况、并发症发生率。结果 观察组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 手术室精细化护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除+双侧输卵管切除术中应用效果显著,有助于促进患者康复,且能够降低术后并发症发生率,确保手术安全。

Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in the operating room in laparoscopic total hysterectomy+bilateral salpingectomy.Methods 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received refined care in the operating room.The postoperative recovery and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter postoperative first defecation time,first bowel movement time,time to get out of bed,and hospitalization time compared to the control group (P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing in the operating room has a significant effect on laparoscopic total hysterectomy+bilateral salpingectomy,which helps to promote patient recovery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,ensuring surgical safety.
