摘要
目的探讨经阴道二维超声和三维超声检查对子宫内膜癌(EC)的诊断价值。方法92例疑似EC患者均进行阴道二维和三维超声检查。以病理检查为金标准,比较经阴道二维超声和三维超声检查对EC的诊断价值,分析经阴道三维超声检查诊断EC分期的结果与病理检查结果的一致性。结果经阴道三维超声检查诊断EC的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于经阴道二维超声检查,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。经阴道三维超声检查诊断EC分期的结果与病理检查结果的一致性高(Kappa=0.814,P﹤0.05)。结论经阴道三维超声检查对EC的诊断价值高于经阴道二维超声检查,并且其诊断EC分期的结果与病理检查结果的一致性高。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations in endometrial cancer(EC).Method A total of 92 suspected EC patients underwent transvaginal two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations.Pathological examination results was used as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations for EC was compared,and the consistency between the transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination in diagnosing EC staging and pathological examination was analyzed.Result The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination in diagnosing EC were higher than those of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound examination,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The consistency between transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination in diagnosing EC staging and pathological examination was high(Kappa=0.814,P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination is higher than that of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound examination,and the consistency between transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination in diagnosing EC staging and pathological examination is high.
