摘要
目的:分析便携式睡眠监测仪(PMDs)及手环血氧仪在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年8月至2022年3月石狮市医院因夜间睡眠时打鼾就诊的128例患者为研究对象,所有患者均行多导睡眠图(PSG)、PMDs、手环血氧仪诊断,以PSG检查结果为标准,比较PMDs、手环血氧仪的诊断特异度、灵敏度、准确度。结果:PSG监测阳性患者111例,阴性患者17例;以PSG监测结果为标准进行分析,PMDs监测、手环血氧仪监测之间特异度、灵敏度、准确度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三种监测方式的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、平均血氧饱和度、最低血氧饱和度、动脉血氧饱和度<90%时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PMDs及手环血氧仪诊断OSAHS均具有较高的诊断效能,且携带、操作简便,可用于患者临床及日常诊断。
Objective To analyze the application value of portable sleep monitor devices(PMDs)and wristband oximeteRin the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods A total of 128 patients who snored during nighttime sleep at Shishi City Hospital from August 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent diagnosis using polysomnography(PSG),PMDs,and wristband oximeter.The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy of PMDs and wristband oximeteRwere compared based on the results of PSG examination.Results There were 111 positive patients and 17 negative patients detected by PSG monitoring;Using PSG monitoring results as the standard foRanalysis,there was no statistically significant difference in specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy between PMDs monitoring and wristband oximeteRmonitoring(P>0.05).The indicators of sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI),mean blood oxygen saturation,minimum blood oxygen saturation,and arterial blood oxygen saturation<90%were compared among the three monitoring methods,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Both PMDs and wristband oximeteRhave high diagnostic efficacy and are easy to carry and operate,which can be used foRclinical and daily diagnosis of patients.
