重症监护室患者家属迁移应激现状及其影响因素的调查研究

Investigation on the Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Relocation Stress of Family Members of Patients in Intensive Care Unit

目的调查重症监护室(ICU)患者家属迁移应激的现状,并探讨其影响因素,旨在为预防和减轻家属的迁移应激提供借鉴。方法于2021年7月-10月,采用便利抽样的方法选取某三级甲等综合医院综合ICU的158名ICU患者家属进行调查。使用一般资料调查表、ICU转出患者家属迁移应激量表对其进行调查。结果ICU转出患者家属迁移应激总分为(56.62±7.21)分,得分率为70.78%。回归分析显示,患者在ICU住院时间、患者医疗费用支付方式、家属的文化程度及性别是ICU转出患者家属迁移应激的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论ICU转出患者家属的迁移应激处于中等水平,家属文化程度、家属性别及患者ICU治疗时间是影响家属迁移应激的主要因素,提示医护人员应提高对患者家属迁移应激的重视,加强与患者家属的沟通交流,规范转科流程,以减轻其迁移应激的程度。

Objective To investigate the current status of relocation stress in family members of ICU and analyze the influencing factors,aiming at providing reference for preventing and alleviating the relocation stress of family members.Methods From July to October 2021,158 family members of ICU patients from a tertiary A general hospital were selected by convenience sampling.The general information questionnaire and ICU transfer stress scale were used to investigate the relocation stress of family members of patients.Results The total score of relocation stress in the ICU patients was(56.62±7.21)scores,and the score rate was 70.78%.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the length of stay in ICU,the way of payment for medical expenses,the educational level of family members and gender were the influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The relocation stress of family members of patients transferred from ICU is at a medium level.The education level of family members,gender of family members and ICU treatment time of patients are the main factors affecting the relocation stress of family members.It is suggested that medical staff should pay more attention to the relocation stress of family members of patients,strengthen communication with family members of patients,and standardize the transfer process to reduce the degree of relocation stress.
