加速康复外科对骨科患者术后谵妄的研究进展

Research Progress of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery on Postoperative Delirium in Orthopedic Patients

加速康复外科(ERAS)是基于循证医学证据而采用的一系列围术期相关优化措施,目的是改善围术期的生理及心理应激反应,目前已成功应用于不同外科领域。骨科患者因其患者群体老龄化特性,较易发生术后谵妄(POD)。近年来,关于加速康复外科对术后并发症影响的研究已成为一大热点话题。本文从近年来加速康复外科在骨科围术期中的应用现状入手,对加速康复外科对骨科患者术后谵妄影响结果和可能机制作一综述,以期为骨科术后谵妄的预防和诊治提供一定参考。

Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)is a series of perioperative optimization measures based on evidence-based medicine,which aims to improve perioperative physiological and psychological stress response.It has been successfully applied in different surgical fields.Orthopedic patients are prone to postoperative delirium(POD)because of the aging characteristics.In recent years,the research on the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery on postoperative complications has become a hot topic.This article starts with the application status of enhanced recovery after surgery in the perioperative period of orthopedics in recent years,and summarizes the effect and possible mechanism of enhanced recovery after surgery on postoperative delirium in orthopedic patients,in order to provide some reference for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic postoperative delirium.
