基于互联网技术的跨理论模型护理干预对脑卒中患者自我管理能力影响研究

Research on influence of transtheoretical model nursing intervention based on internet technology on self-management ability of stroke patients

目的探讨基于互联网技术的跨理论模型护理干预对脑卒中患者自我管理行为能力影响研究。方法选择2023年3—8月本院收治的64例脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各32例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组运用基于互联网的跨理论模型护理干预。比较两组患者的康复锻炼依从性、脑卒中知识认知水平、自我管理行为能力。结果基于互联网技术的跨理论模型护理干预后,观察组患者康复锻炼依从性、脑卒中知识认知水平、自我管理行为能力各项目评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网技术的跨理论模型的护理干预,可以改善患者的肢体康复锻炼依从性,更好地恢复患者的肢体功能,提高患者对脑卒中知识的认知水平,提高患者防范脑卒中复发意识,更有利于患者自我管理行为能力,改变不良习惯,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of transtheoretical model nursing intervention based on internet technology on the self-management behavior ability of stroke patients.Methods 64 stroke patients who were admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group of 32 cases and an observation group of 32 cases using a random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given transtheoretical model nursing intervention based on internet technology.Compared the rehabilitation exercise compliance,stroke knowledge and cognitive level,and self-management behavior ability of two groups of patients.Results After the transtheoretical model nursing intervention based on internet technology,the scores of rehabilitation motor compliance,stroke knowledge cognition level and self-management behavior ability of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The transtheoretical model nursing intervention based on internet technology can improve the compliance of limb rehabilitation exercise among patients,to better restore the patient's limb function;improve the cognitive level of stroke knowledge of patients,improve patients'awareness of preventing stroke recurrence;it is more conducive to patients to change the bad habits,improve the self-management behavior,and improve the quality of life.
